Valley View Homecoming is this week and we're proud of the SIX members of Spartan royalty in our church family.
Mark Cline and BOTH of his sons, Justin and Zachary, are Valley View Homecoming Kings. Queen Annette Boomershine Dwire remembers riding through town on a Corvette. And we had a sweep of Homecoming royalty in 2009 when Jake Kasperski was named King and then crowned fellow church goer Logan Riley as queen.
We're not the largest church in the Valley View community, but we have a great number of community-minded, caring people, who have been raised to respect others and give back. It's not surprising that young people from Slifers would be selected to represent a community-minded school like Valley View.
